I led a multi-disciplinary team at AKQA to develop and execute retail design solutions and promotions for Verizon Wireless stores, including interactive and experiential initiatives for concept stores and standard retail stores.

Working with senior leadership, I helped to establish and implement processes that improved workflow and communications for the agency’s newly-established retail design department.
